Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time
Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination.
For example, if you order a dress, it will need 3-5 business days of processing time and then 10-15 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 13-20 business days.
(*There is a different processing time for different items. You can check the processing time from the product page. Once your order is placed, you can check the order shipping info from the online order status page. We will also inform you through your registered email.)
Due to the abnormality of logistics provider caused by the COVID-19, there may be a 2-4 day delay in processing your orders.
Note for taxes:
For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK, and Canada,etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

-All Purchase (except swimwear, underwear, panty, bags and accessories) can be returned within 15 days from the delivered date.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-The Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Purchase Not Eligible for Return
-Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return.
-Swimwear, underwear and panty cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Swimwear can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item.
-You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
Fast Refund:We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
Kind reminder: Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.
Exchange policy :
All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.
Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 12% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
